What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, your email, your business sector and the message you write to us. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.

We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you send the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Retention

We keep enquiry data for at most twelve months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case it is kept for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods.

Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use providers that act as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting).
• Resend (delivery of form messages to our email).
• Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile anti-spam service).
• Umami (visit analytics, when enabled): it does not use cookies or collect data that could identify you.

International transfers

Vercel and Cloudflare are established in the United States and process data there. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both are certified, and additionally on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission included in their data processing agreements. Resend is also a US company certified under that framework, but the delivery of this form's messages is configured in its Ireland region, inside the European Union. Verified on September 10, 2026 against the programme's public list, each provider's documentation and the account's own settings.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lluc@xdatik.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of your identity document. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and providers with contractual guarantees.
