What we do not do.
No WordPress, no templates.
Every website is built for your business. It costs more up front and there are no plugins that break on their own.
No promises of ranking first on Google.
We leave the website fast, measurable and well marked up. Anyone who guarantees you a position is selling smoke.
No $1,500 websites.
At that price all that fits is a template with your logo on top. If that is what you need, there are people who do it well, and it is not us.
No 360 photo tours.
We show what does not exist yet.
What we get asked.
What do you need to start?
It depends on the line. For a space, the plan with measurements and photos; for a website, what you sell and to whom; for an app, how you work today. We pin it down on the first call.
Why do apps and video from CAD have no published price?
Because they depend on what you ask for: how many screens, how many users or how many parts. After the first call you get a fixed quote, and it does not change unless what you ask for changes. Spaces and websites do have published prices.
For a space, can I change a style after the sheet?
Yes, within the two rounds of revision included. Anything after that is quoted before we do it.
Can a space's visit go on my own website?
Yes. The viewer is embedded in your website or lives on ours, with a link of its own you can send. Either way we host it and keep it running.
For spaces, how are the video and the visit delivered?
The video as a 1080p file, plus a light version to send by chat. The visit as a link that opens on a phone or a computer with nothing to install.
What happens to the model afterwards?
You take the images, the sheet, the video and the visit. The model stays with the studio unless we agree otherwise; that way, if you want another product later, it builds on what is done.
What if I want to start small?
That is what the first step is for: one room in three styles for €990, credited in full if you order a home-type bundle within 60 days. The rest is added later on the same model, without throwing anything away.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is in your name and the code is yours. If you ever leave, you take it with you.
What happens if I stop paying the website fee?
The website is still yours and we help you move it. What ends is the changes, the measuring and the hosting.
What counts as a section on a website?
Each block of the page with a purpose of its own: cover, services, team, reviews, location or contact. Product or listing pages do not count: we build as many as needed from the same template.
Do you make the app and the video too?
Yes, and separately: the explainer video also works for an app you already have.
